Change in DapTechnology's Executive Management Board

Oldenzaal, the Netherlands - DapTechnology B.V. today announced that its board of shareholders has appointed Michael Vonbank, Ph.D. as Chief Executive Officer effective June 1, 2016. As CEO, Michael Vonbank succeeds Jan de Vries, who will focus on the company’s finances as Chief Financial Officer.

Michael Vonbank joined DapTechnology in 2004, served as Business Development Executive and built up DapUSA Inc., i.e. the company’s US based subsidiary. During the last four years he was member of the management team of DUOmetric AG, a German based provider of optoelectrical sensors used in industrial automation. “We are lucky to have Michael Vonbank back in the Dap team,” says Jan de Vries. “He brings a modern management style to the table and the company will benefit again from his credentials, know-how and work ethics.”
